it wasn't a PR. i can't belive they would issue it without a deal "in principle." which leaves much Is to be dotted, and Ts to be crossed. i'm also convinced the deal had to do with the staff report being stopped or delayed. perhaps nok feels there's something that might impact their negotiations with qcom--which i have always believed was at the heart of this war.

a clash of titans, with little idcc pinned in between.
