'hcpc man' the only thing a o/s like this produces is a r/s if a buyback doesn't happen. Way to many shares!!!!! They have a great plan in place but they diluted the devil out of this at one point so now they have to correct that.
How does one think you can have billions of shares and have a good pps at the same time? Also, if they are ever involved in a r/m which takes them to a bigger board(SUCH AS NASDAQ) they can only carry so many shares when they uplist to that board. So any way you look at it a share reduction of some kind must happen if this is going to hold a good pps.
