Thanks, I just read through the last couple of his posts. It seems that his position is that if the Staff Attorney decides in IDCC's favor, that further delay wont help Nokia at all. They will realize that they have to pay and will just be wasting money.

I can see that line of thought, though in some ways Nokia has made delay an end almost to itself. Playing for time seems to be the first, last, and every page in-between in their play book.

If Whizzer is right, everything still depends on the Staff Attorney's report.
