Question...it seems that IDCC has been fighting patent problems for sometimes...winning along the way...long drawn out hearings,appeals,judgements...etc

while we await these settlements...new technology creeps in, and we start all over again with more so called legal BS
Losing out on the hard work our engineers have be building.

Will we ever have a system that moves quicker and will not drag out 18 plus months just to see if we have what is coming to us??
