So five companies ago they filed suit against you , and are still pursuing legal action against you , is that correct?

As far as where the 200M shares came from , I'm not really to concerned about that , because the O/S is still very low for a triple o' Mega Lotto R/S bounce play , so I think I'll take my chances !
