My suit was for defamation/libel because of actions the company took when I spoke out negatively against it. The occurrences took place when the company was CCDE/CCDX. Suit was filed when the company was RHMX. While the suit was filed, the name of the company changed several times.

I don't think the 200,000 shares turned into over 200,000,000 based on outstanding liabilities or debt.

The filing they made with Pink Sheets does not explain where the shares came from, and that's alot of shares to be in the float. They avoid the issue in the document they filed by saying there was not 10% change since the change of control in February 2008. But that doesn't mean the shares didn't come into existence after the name change to Advanced Content Services.

Bottom line is 200,000,000 shares overnight, all in the float, and all without explanation since they say they didn't rely on Reg D.
