What complicates things is no one is buying because of the symbol change so even if it does go down to .003 or more then its a big @$$ risk to try to buy for a quick turn around.

Second once the symbol change occurs there's still no guarantee that this new venture will do anything more than plycf or nwwv ever did.

Not much here for a new investor. As many here already said a large portion of the undiluted float is in strong hands so the first signs of real upward momentum is going to mean they dump, to get their profits, right into the hands of the new investors who will end up stuck holding the bag.
