obviously someone is selling through VNDM.... probably someone who is fed up like all of us but is dumb enough to whack the bid so they can be pissed when it goes back over 1 cent after symbol is announced..... ive done it many times... when vol is this low ... u cannot sell.. u will lose everytime... as soon as vol comes in this thing moves fast.. watch and learn.. u wanna sell sell... whack it down to 0039 again and watch it bounce over 015 on a 3 day swing like last time lol its not really that complicated
