To all Court update

I heard from both Gio and another investor and both stated they just broke for lunch and neither will be able to return. They both felt the Judge probably wouldn't rule today.

IDCC's attorney started first and argued the patents involved were developed 2 years before the TDD agreement was in place.

Gio said the Nokia attorney argued that the Judge shouldn't decide if the patents are arbitrable but only if there should be an arbitration.

IDCC's attorney pointed out that the time frame to request an arbitration had expired which the ALJ recognized and used to make his decision.

He also said the Judge seemed confused about TDD and FDD.

If I have misquoted him he will correct my post later on.
