With all due respect, when you are on the phone with a higher up in the company, and with you ability to manipulate information out of people...and they inform you that the company still has plans for buying back stock but ABSOLUTELY HAS NOT BEGUN, it lead you to believe that the buyback has not begun.


If it had, and he informed me otherwise, he'd be in violation.
