i asked jay why with our current situation why would we invest 250k on mlog wich is a pink sheet stock......... i think reverse merger in play..



Our board believed that an investment into MLOG made good sense given the CEO (a former GE executive) and the opportunity in the government space. We will disclose morein our 10K.
