Meaning... if UC did not file the sale or transfer of the certificate the certificate is only good to paper the outhouse wall with.

A lot of people in Prince Albert have never even tried to deposit their certificates. I know a kid that installs automatic car starters in PA and he has three or four certs stuffed in a kitchen drawer as do dozens of others from there to Meath Park.
