I believe it would be smart for HCPC to do a RS of 2:1 share or 3:1, either way, the value would increase, the amount of shares would decrease and then they could avoid a buy back. I'm hoping for a buy back but it would almost be smarter for them to buy back a number of shares and then process at RS.
