trunkmonk, you clearly said...

"...they are waiting for financials and other events to bring it all out at one time in order to do a moon shot on stock price,"

But now you say...

"I am not speaking for them and do not know why they wait on anything."

Since you admit you don't know why they wait on anything, let me fill you in. They wait on things, because they are miserable failures! Then they finally tell shareholders about the failure, when they absolutely have to, after they have waited as long as possible!

That's why we still don't know why they missed the "expected" 90 day time line with TAO and "if" NMC has yet to sign up their first customer!!! Of course I could give you many, many more examples, these are just some of the more recent ones, under "new" management.

You also said...

"I think every company is in business to raise stock price for shareholders..."

I agree in the sense that every company likes to have their share price go up, but that is "not" the business they are in! Dell is in the business of selling computers, Ford manufactures and sells cars and Wallmart sells all sorts of things. That is the "business" they are in. If they do a good job their share price often goes up. The reason GlobeTel's share price has gone so far down the last couple of years is because just about everyone has figured out the business they are. They produce overly promotional press releases and try to get investors to buy it. They certainly haven't been producing or selling anything of significance like "real" companies do!

And you are certainly right about this...

"manipulation is not defined by PPS going up at any measure."

GlobeTel has proved this as while they have continued their steady stream of overly promotional press release and projections...

their share price has gone "down" over 95%!!!

The market knows!
