I've never been part of a buyback---only R/S to address bloated share structure. Has anyone been part of a pinkie buyback that could comment on what these 999999 blocks are for sure? My painful experience>Most CEO's go the R/S route vs. buyback route which could be one reason they still would be diluting... because they have intentions of an R/S and then use the uplist as an excuse. Just speculation on my part.
