Look at the trading here...

Buys outweigh sells about 4-1, and it rose in PPS very easily, however, they dropped it just as quickly on very low volume and very few sells.

Either profit takers were selling on the rise, or something else is in the mix. No real reason I can see for the MM's to hold this down unless they need shares, or SOMEONE needs to buy shares low.
