I've looked for some background on this company, and it looks like it's been around for some time now. I found references dating back to 1990 (assuming it's the same Microlog company), but I can't find any information regarding its finances with the exception of a couple on the Yahoo finance page.
The only thing I can same with some confidence it that it's not a well financed company. I assume they're trying to rebuild it into something worthwhile.

In the meantime, we still have nothing from MOBL. March 31 approaches, and all we can do is sit and wait.
