Absolutely do have the right.

We are all heavily invested and not bad questions.

But, I would suggest you e-mail or call the company or XI himself if you have those type of questions.

Sounds like you were questioning his professionalism which is an attack in my book.

He has been kind enough to give any information he legally can and would appreciate it if we can respect one another instead of attacking credentials.

He has provided various ways to contact him.
