Agreed. The amount and the depth of DD that has been done on this board is very impressive, and it points to a VERY productive 2008, both in terms of the company's progress as well as an eventual increase in PPS. The constant updates on the website, the company's current voluntary audit (which will show how financially sound it is, especially to bigger lenders), the two initial loan closings, and the BOD team they have are all very impressive.
Some will point to the low pps to try to bash it - but it has been less than 3 weeks since the first loan closed! Once the company releases its 1st quarter financials, initiates the buyback, closes the other loans in the pipe, and begins utilizing the revenue it currently has, the pps will rise significantly IMO. They have a great product for a market that seems to desperately need it.
