May all be coincidental timing but

Feb. 27, '08 PR said DnC launching handheld DMB TV in Japan. They expect volume sales within the coming weeks.

In early Feb. 2008, SONY introduced portable DMB TV's shipping on April 10 to Japan.

It's just DD for thought.
