Somewhat over the top to quote Sarbanes/Oxley IMO, that was designed to prevent another Enron/Worldcom etc. Penny Co's cannot afford the huge expense involved thats why they are Pink Sheet stocks. S/O is primarily for big board stocks which this has the potential of achieving if it's ever allowed to operate without interference/manipulation. IMO this is outside manipulation not inside, if that does turn out to be the case then those arguments about the CEO does not apply. tlo.
