Phone Hearing - Docket control order
I found out the parties had a phone hearing (did not get the date/time but I will assume last Thrusday or Friday). The result of this hearing was the Judge said "now go working out a new docket control order"
This goes back to one of my original thoughts that the Judge would rather have the parties agree on a new docket control order instead of the court creating one.
So the bottom line is we will get our new docket control order "no if's, ands, or buts about it". I could not get any comment as to when we will get this new docket control order other than fact that it is coming. Just be patient and let them work it out.
I think this info is great news and just reaffirms what the judge ordered. Now you skeptics don't have to be so skeptical! :)
