You have to wonder...

Part of the reason E-trad eand TDA lied to their clients about PAIV being free trading was that they had a MASSIVE short in JPHC and didnt cover before the stock change. They needed more shares out there than what was availble after many became restricted.

So again, we see perhaps a Light at the End of the Tunnel. Is E-trade doing this BECAUSE they forsee the merger going through, and have come to the conclusion that they HAVE to cover their shorts... especially in light of TCHH now a competitor in buying from the market itself?

Who knows... for a few here, we made BANK when this happened the last time with PAIV. It will be interesting going forward what all this means.
