Loans closing on time is a joke. Just simply doesn't happen. I worked as a mortgage broker for a couple of years (some of the easiest money ever...yeah, I was one of those guys lol) and flip a few houses a year. I'm in my fifth private residence.


I think two deals overall closed at the date and time originally slated.


Imagine all of the snafus involved with multi-million dollar deals.

If they closed them exactly on time, that would throw up a red flag for me.
