No offense, but given that Mike Garrow as president and CEO of TFN announced to the investing community that Sandy Winick was his partner....then I believe that makes a clear link between TFN and BKMP....and should push come to shove, BKMP shareholders could make a case against TFNG for part of its assets.

However, I agree that usually they get away with it!
