Winick has used shell corps forever and shareholders are dumped like used burger containers. IMO-The only thing is, Bkmp ISN't important to TFGN any more, hundreds of pink CEO's throw away shareholders every day. TFGN most likely couldn't care less about us, hundreds of CEO's do the same thing, how would you make a case out of it. Everybody does this on Pink sheet stock. Winick, Garrow and the ilk have nothing to worry about, thus inventive name changes and new directions. People need to get over this facade that shareholders mean something to pink sheet shell companies... I hate to break this to you ... we don't! The sooner one sees this, the more money they make by flipping the stock and not thinking the CEO is going to give you money.
If today isn't the r/s announcement, then IMO it could be next week of the holiday.
