which brokerage will let a retail investor short a penny
stock.
BUT...only if you will give me 100 dollars if you CAN'T
find one.

PS...the point here with mosh is the we don't know how
long that short has been on the market or who holds it.
It could be a simple matter of a mm not having shown
that he's already cleared his books of that short.
It's just a number at a SITE..that doesn't mean it's
real.
