I'm a little cofused on...MANY issues...LOL...
but the one I'm most cofused of here is the aspect of the "unit" as opposed to "share".
If the court case brought a huge amount of cash to a regular
corporation, it would go onto the balance sheet and be used
at the disgression of the management. In this case, I thought
any court proceeding would go directly to the unit holders
as a cash pay out...damages.
Any royalties coming from exising productions would then be
paid off as future royalties.
I'm also confused as to how that would change without the
direct vote of the unint holders to sell of the assets of
this trust ???
Right from the start, I was attracted to this trust becuase
of the pending lawsuit but I have stayed in this because of
the value I see in the current claims. We have NOT been
getting royalties because those claims are not of any
value but because that value was being stolen.
Am I pretty close to understanding the lay of the land
here GoMosh/King ???
