No I don't think they're over. Nevada SOS lists a total authorized of 500MM, I don't think it's broken down. I think the company can do what it wants within the 500MM. The could have broke it down, but they didn't. So the a/s is 500MM, and each preferred would most likely go against it the same way a common would.
