The IBox has the Preferred's broken into classes. I notice that, per your information, even though there are 5,000,000 authorized Preferred shares (total) the actual issued Preferreds (Class A and Class C) total 5,059,000 shares. To me that means that ADCS isn't in compliance with its share authorization. Any comment on the discrepancy?
