Can anyone verify whether the much distingusihed Dr. Alice Muntz is still being retained as a consultant as per Shimmi?

(Other OTC:GTEM.PK - News) today announced that it has accepted the resignation of independent director Dr. Alice Muntz, Ph.D. from its Board of Directors. Dr. Muntz will maintain her relationship with the Company as a consultant.
