Jay stood a much better chance of making more money by having the company work out than by doing a simple "pump and dump".
Even if I agree with you on all those points that you've addressed, my original question(s) still remain the same. Why kill the "golden goose" that's providing all those benefits that Jay was getting when all he had to do is use a little common sense and make things work out?
