I can't find any evidence on their webpage where it shows they have been diluting from mid februrary to now. Can you perhaps point it out to me?

So your evidence is essentially that it only upticked 4 after the news came out? Surely you know how much accumulation there was at .0001, and how large the float was as of mid-Feb. How do you know it was dilution and not flipping or MM manipulation?

You don't. It is all negative speculation.
