If you take off the all or none, (at least with Schwab this is true), they will whittle at your order until it is filled, one charge, or rather. It doesn't seem like 60K is too large a chunk to deal with though. Shady and suspect MM activity, and they keep getting away with it. This drop seems unjustified to me.
