It's amazing that positive posters on this board simply can't bring themselves to have an open discussion on Drake's PRs. This latest one has little real meaning. No serious investor , in mining stocks, would put a grain of credibility in an assay report that only gave the highest of the 37 samples with gold content. In fact, this PR would set off warning bells. The purpose of bulk sampling is not to look for the highest value in a quantity samples. It's to evaluate the gold content of the property. The true goal of bulk sampling is to see what the AVERAGE gold content is.

One of the True Believers has already tried to leaven the disappointment in this PR by saying the full report would be on the website. Maybe so. But this PR was designed to be read by a large segment of investors and it was misleading, at best. With just a few more words it could have read "The average of the 37 samples was xx oz / ton with the highest sample being .47 oz /ton."
