dent1, IMO the numbers for Green Globe should have been in the 8-K. The merger was a material event and as such should have warranted disclosure. The financial statements should be part of the SUBSEQUENT EVENTS section of GGLB's 10KSB due on March 31, 2008. If they are not; they will definitely be on the 10QSB for Quarter ended March 31, 2008 due on May 15, 2008.
