!!!! WHAT PART OF MY POST stating from DC own words from the Jan Q&A stating HRCT has of Sept 30 there where about 82 Mil Restricted shares and if you then add in the subs acquired to date you get close to 90Mil RESTRICTED SHARES is not understandable. ? There are way more than 55 mil restricted shares.
