No problem wrkmq, but the company has already confirmed that dilution will take place through recent filings. This how they get their funding for all that potential and expectation in the PR. When a company such as this (yes, the former GRXI) reports no revenue but does report losses, this is how it stays afloat without securing traditional financing. I would imagine that the issuance of more restricted shares will be the means in which to acquire the last 15% of Green Globe.
