I never said I disagreed with your definition. Lets get passed that. The point is that the float is not 55M because HRCT got a couple of guys in China to hold back selling all of the shares. According to your definition the present float, today, current, as we converse is 151M shares. Look it up on etrade and yahoo...Both are low but lets go with that...Also that number is within 5% of the 156M shares they report in the O/S...The different is something...you tell me what it is.

BTW I bet the restricted is no longer 55 million - some got out and cracked the 60 cent barrier.(But that's another story)
