You would be WRONG AGAIN.
Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. (Ontario) sold its assets to Sulja Building Supplies Ltd. (Ontario)(SBS) and then closed down its active operations in August 2006. SBS was formed in August 2006 with Khan and PV as the incorporators.
Exact shareholdings of this new company are unknown.

SBS is the company operating since August 2006 and so would be the company that any A/R would have been collected for. I am sure Canada Revenue Agency will put the final nail in this company's coffin SOON.

SBBS (Ontario)(the company in existence since 1987) is still owned personally by the Sulja family I believe.

I believe that the OSC should expand its Respondents list to include Sulja Building Supplies Ltd. (SBS)(no Bros. in that name) as this was the company operating which has now gone into receivership.
Possibly the reason they didn't name SBS is that it is owned by PV and not by SLJB Nevada.
