Wow, heelsgo1! Room remodeling and twin tower deal sounds promising. Yes I agree. it could end end way much more than 400MM for this project.

Grand Sierra Resort is definitely the deal, and yes, the condo transformation has been done, but an article in the March 4th 2008 edition of the Reno Gazette Journal said that they are now about to start remodeling every room from the 16th floor down. Also, I found a blurb on a Reno Real Estate site that stated that the Grand Sierra Resort is going to be building twin condo towers with the financing costing "a whopping $400-million."
