he can't really stick it to the shareholders anymore than he already has. When you've got nothing it's hard to lose anymore.
He took advantage of the rules of the pinks and he knew how to manipulate the psyohology of naive investor. He thought he had died and gone to heaven when he realized he could get millions of dollars and never have to pay a penny back.
