We have seen an unprecedented (in my experience) humiliation and flogging of our management team by customers (Nok), institutional investors (Heartland Fund), analyst calling for management change, shareholders (e.g. 2003 ASM vote), institutional advisors (ISS), insurance underwriters (D&O liability insurance cost increases), publications (Forbes and WSJ), etc. etc.

I am just calling it like see it, not trying to take sides or be political. I truly hope our management team is on a better track now.
