Yes, its what my friend at the Prodigy Trading desk was explaining to me today.

I thought they'd already made the amendments back in November 2007, but I guess this is more definitive.

Anyways, yes, even without reading the actual text I can see that our years of complaints and complaints filed by companies that have been ruined by this, have finally made an impact.

Now, the first step will be seeing who's made an example of. When that happens, then you can see a whole lot of covering across the board...lol
