VAPH - SEC suspends trading in Vaso Active stock


WASHINGTON, April 1 (Reuters) - The U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission on Thursday halted the trading of Vaso
Active Pharmaceuticals Inc. <VAPH.O>, a marketer of
over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, through April 15.

The SEC questioned assertions made by the Danvers,
Massachusetts-based company of a FDA approval of certain key
products and regulatory consequences of the future application
of their primary product, among others.

Vaso Active could not immediately be reached for comment.
