Squinge, if anyone were telling anyone what those filings said then the price would be green. I think they say, 1- Is Nokia crazy asking for a 2 month extension. ALJ we need to conclude this case on target and move on to conserve the agencies resources and not predjudice IDCC in this investigation prosecution. Motion for 2 month extesnion should be denied.

and 2- IDCC should be granted the SD motion as they are found to be not only a Domestic Industry but a honorable and respectable company. Unlike the respondents in this case. Motion for SD granted.
