what are you talking about? this stock went up from .0001 to .0004. it has retraced and i believe the company has worked out a buyback plan with market makers for the stock. there is accumulation going on at .0002 on reduced volume from the runup. much of the runup, i believe was short covering and ofcourse retail buying. now, you have accumulation going on all day in mostly 500k blocks with a few 5mil share blocs thrown in for good measure. I suspect given the ceo's plan for a buyback, this is going on right now. you must not be familiar with stocks of this nature to understand what is going on.
