The ITC is a pretty-- it's an interesting venue in that you have to go to the ITC with basically your case laid out, meaning you've already reverse-engineered the product, you've shown how the product relates to the patents and so it's-- you've got a pretty-- pretty big or pretty meaningful investment going in and the staff has to look at that and say this is a case that makes sense. We think we've put in a pretty compelling case and the drivers there will be certainly a trial, we're hoping, by year end.

But one of the things that comes in, I think, pretrial is the staff recommendation in the case, because the staff is a party to the case. And, again, that's one of those-- I've talked before about points in time in cases where the parties get pressured to resolve things and I think we've got a pretty strong case and, therefore, I would be hopeful that the staff would come down on our side and that Samsung would see the value of the portfolio and then move forward on this.
