see there are two way's to look at rural broadband. with future fuel prices going to $4 not good. most people will be cutting back on expenses going out to eat, CONSUMER GOODS. you get the picture
the point is with people spending more time at home what are they going to do with that extra time.
TV & INTERNET staples like electric & water things people will keep even when things are money tight.
with today's internet you need some kind of broadband.
is this the play to make it happen who knows will it move from these sub levels it could imo. so we are watching best of luck
