Thanks Eik, trying not to get too excited. :0) The wording is different to past Syrian refinery pr's, eg - "The Russian company will work together with the Syrian national company".

I guess we'll know soon enough. Could be a reason for the increase of a/s and the share block buyer etc. Speculation.
